Ground fighting teaches you how to escape holds, joint locks, grabs, and throwing and submission techniques. The ground fighting techniques are best used in a situation where you end up on the ground in a one-on-one scenario.
This program is for anyone who like the mixed Martial Arts, hard core working out, and great challenge. This program mixes Boxing, Kick-Boxing/Thai Boxing, Grappling, Self Defense, and Filipino Martial Arts. This is a no non-sense practical self defense program that brings everything to the table, including fitness.
